LDS Temples

The Church's most well-known architectural heritage and reputation can be found in its temples across the world. From its pioneer temples constructed in the late 1800s to current temples being built in various countries, these buildings tend to attract attention because of their more ornate styles.

Want to learn more about the architectural heritage of temples in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints? Check out the Historic Temples series, which explores the floor plans and provides interior pictures of historic LDS temples built in the late 1800s and early 1900s:

  1. Hi - This is Marvin Haines, that kid who loves historic architecture and contacted you several weeks ago. I'm actually in SLC right now, and tomorrow we'll be driving to Manti for the open house. Would love to meet up sometime in the next few days, if that isn't too short a notice. I think we have much to talk about!
