Logan Institute

The Logan Institute Building holds the distinction of being the oldest operating institute building in the Church. It was first constructed in 1928, but has had many additions. The chapel on the left of this photo is the original; the matching chapel on the right was added in the 1950s.

  1. I'm so glad I found your blog! I have enjoyed reading through it. I was raised in North Logan, 1st Ward Bldg. I think you'd find that interesting for you Modern section. There is stained glass and a 2nd floor and a basement. It was built down the street from the old one, which is still standing, and was used as the school district offices until maybe 15 years ago. You should be able to tour that one too, as the city offices are across the street and could let you in.
