Salina First Ward

The Salina First Ward Meetinghouse was built in 1935.

The building isn't particularly ornate or unique, considering the time period and location in which it was built, but it's still a lovely little building with some nice details. It's also remained fairly unchanged during its decades of use.

  1. I really like this style of chapel. Simple but with a little taste of elegance. I've never been to this chapel, however I've been to the Spanish Fork First Ward chapel which I believe looks fairly close to this gem and built around the same time. I could be wrong but the now razed Harvard Ward chapel on 1000 south 200 East in Salt Lake had the same floor plan. As always, thank you for sharing.
