Alhambra (CA) Ward
Our next few posts will focus on the historic Alhambra Ward in California. The ward was organized in 1923, but construction on the building started in 1931. Ward members constructed the Spanish Mission building during the Great Depression. It was completed in 1935.

Since that time, the building has had an addition on the north side of the chapel, but its maintained its appearance and character quite well.

A rose window made of stained glass is at the front of the chapel, but it wasn't always there. We'll talk about the history of that window in a future post.

Peterson Ward
Peterson is a small town just north of Morgan, UT. A small ward chapel was built here around 1930. While it still stands, it has been sold to another Church that now holds services in the building.

Logan Second Ward
The replacement is one of the Church's twin-style buildings, with a cultural hall and a chapel both connected in the middle.
Since that time, the building has been sold, and now it serves as the Bear River Charter School.
