This chapel has some nice features while maintaining the more modest colonial architecture of the 1920s. The ceiling is slightly barrelled, giving it a spacious feel. A detailed moulding pattern runs along the sides and front of the chapel, and gold leafing is used to give a nice finish at the front.
There is a painting in the chapel--a close-up of the Christ from Harry Anderson's The Second Coming. It's flipped horizontally which is odd...I'll show some more details in my next post.
The doors also have some nice geometric details above them.
