The only main change to the chapel interior was the removal of the wood at the front, which shielded the window.

At the back of the chapel are doors that would originally open to classrooms for overflow.
Meanwhile, below the chapel is the primary room.
The picture of Jesus in this foyer is the same picture that I grew up with in our building in Atlanta, GA.
ReplyDeleteI've seen the painting in at least a few chapels and other locations, so it at least used to be common. I don't believe it's currently on the list of Church-approved artwork, though.
