Located on center street in Spanish Fork, the original first ward building was demolished and this iteration built in 1932. It looks like a mismatch now, especially on the interior.

The original chapel space has been heavily remodeled into classrooms and the Relief Society room. There is a new chapel built on the back. This is common for older buildings--wards are larger now than they used to be.
The exterior has preserved some lovely details:
